5DM worked as an extension to the developer client team, developing the project from Technical Due Diligence, through consultant selection and into design delivery. Coordinating between Developer, land owner, power application & consultant team, 5DM worked to unlock capacity to a fast track delivery project in a complex tight Central London location.
5DM worked advising the developer and land owner on technical due diligence. The site required a complex review of permitting; site constraints and demolition to realise the data centre opportunity.

5DM acted as Strategic Advisor and fulfilling senior technical (fractional CTO) support to the developer to bring the data center opportunity from initial vision to procurement and leadership of technical consultant team, contractor procurement and permitting. The site represents a significant AI Data Center campus opportunity with both utility grid and behind the meter (BTM) power strategies.
